In this Private Sourdough Bread Workshop, you’ll learn sourdough baking from start to finish, with your choice of focus and format.

When you enroll, you or each person in your group will receive a packet of complimentary dehydrated starter with guidance for bringing it to life. By the end of our time together, you’ll understand how to care for your starter. You’ll also know how to mix, knead, and shape a dough and how to bake a loaf of sourdough bread.

Because the series is private, we’ll work at a level and pace that fits your skills, life, and schedule. You will also have my undivided attention and support before, during, and after your sessions.
